Remember - Remember - Remember
Do you remember when you were asked to go on the Walk to Emmaus.
Do you remember scratching you head and looking for the right words to say no, well maybe, I'am not sure, I will let you know. Or maybe you said Yes, but did not know what it was all about. Remember feeling apprehensive. But then you said OK. don't get pushy.
Do you remember Thursday and Friday maybe feeling a little relaxed and maybe starting to enjoy yourself just a little bit.
Do you remember some of the friends you were beginning to make and finding out you are not alone.
Do you remember Saturday you are completly relaxed and now really making lifelong buddies
Do you remember that one of these buddies turned out to be your best buddy & Savior Jesus Christ
Do you remember that Sunday you may have wanted to stay a few more days.
Do you remember the Great food & Fellowship.
Do you remember serving on a team
Do you remember seeing new people arriving Thursday apprehensive, just like you were.
Do you remember watching how quiet & a bit confused they were the first two days, just like you were. Do you remember the overwhelming joy you felt when those quiet & confused looks began to shine with Joy, Love and happiness, just like you did.
Do you remember that we have been commanded to go and make disciples of all nations.
Suncoast Emmaus Community for 2008 and beyond let's keep remembering and sharing
the Joy, Love & Happiness you have experienced on your weekend.
