 Registration Coordinates:

•  Bunk assignments
•  Pilgrim special needs
•  Provides Pilgrim and Team Information for Walk Packets 

Facilities/Quartermaster Coordinates:

• Inventory supplies and Equipment
• Procures operating and Walk Supplies
• Transports supplies and equipment
• Set-up tables, chairs and equipment
• Break-down and clean-up

Gatherings Coordinates:

• Fourth Day Speaker
• Communion Elements
• Sound equipment, etc.

Agape Coordinates:

• Agape letter processing from other communities
• Walk Photos for Packets
• Table Agape
• General Agape
• 72 hour Prayer Vigil
• Prayer clock

 Reunion Group/Follow-up coordinates:

• Inventory of Reunion Groups
• Communicates with Reunion Groups regarding upcoming events, community information, prayer requests, Agape needs, etc.
• Contact area churches to provide area churches with Emmaus information and speak to congregation.

Literature/Education coordinates:

• Walk Photos for Pilgrim Pacts and prepares packets per Upper Room Guidelines
• Provide Upper Room Emmaus booklet, Purple Books and Reunion Cards for sale at Gatherings.

Team Selection coordinates:

• Team selection for all walks per Upper Room Guidelines

 Communications Coordinates:

• Community Website
• Newsletter
• Maintains community database
• Communicates with community to inform of upcoming events and news.

Music Coordinates Music for

• Sendoff
• Candlelight
• Gatherings
• Saturday night entertainment at Walks

 Hospitality Coordinates:

• Set up and Supplies for Gathering, Sendoff, Candlelight and Closing
